Selling Sunset: Why Did Chrishell Block Christine on Instagram?

Selling Sunset's star, Christine Quinn doesn't try hard to be in the news, but still manages to grab everyone's attention. Many viewers know she and Chrishell Stause don't share a cordial relationship and have an ongoing beef since the first season. Recently, The Days of Our Lives star stated that she had blocked her co-star Christine on Instagram. Just like you, we're curious about what could be the possible reason for that. Did Christine do something outrageous? Let's dig out the whole truth.

In the first season, we saw that these reality stars started off on a wrong foot when the 31-year-old Christine said that the new joinee, Chrishell, could sit on the floor until she proves herself. Of course, she was joking, but the 38-year-old, much-established actress must have felt bad. Both the real estate agents didn't try to build a rapport with each other throughout the season and then it is revealed that Christine had a party in which Chrishell was not invited, but had a drink on her name called "Chrishell's Two-Faced Tonic." Their relationship was beyond repair; still, Christine tried to make amends by inviting her arch-nemesis to her engagement party. However, Chrishell declined the invite by saying that it would be "disingenuous" for her to come to the party.

We thought that things were becoming normal between these beauties who were trying to "co-exist" in the latest season. They were taking baby steps and beginning to develop a bond. But, it seems like they have given up on being friends altogether. They do not see eye to eye, and now Chrishell has blocked the blonde bombshell from her Instagram account. Cosmopolitan reports that Chrishell called Christine toxic and said, "I have her blocked. And it's one of those things where I think that does come across very childish and ridiculous. But I have the screenshots. She knows why she's blocked. I'm sure she hopes that I never show you guys why she's blocked because it would be embarrassing to her."

She also said that the leggy lass was bringing "toxic insults and toxic energy" into her life, and that's why she had to cut her off. Well, we won't call Christine outright toxic, but yeah, she can be a little aggressive and outspoken at times. If she wants answers, she will go to any extent to get them, even if the other person breaks down into tears. Chrishell also claimed that Christine asked her to attend her engagement party just for the sham. She felt that the request was not genuine, but "put on for the cameras."

The upcoming Selling Sunset season will showcase Chrishell's divorce with her actor husband, Justin Hartley, and preview hints that Christine believes that Chrishell was not blindsided - she knew what was coming. Still, we hope that these brilliant realtors will work on their relationship and try to be friends once again. Even Chrishell seems optimistic and says, "I just felt like if we have a couple more like real-life interactions that seem true that aren't in front of cameras, then maybe we can get there."
