The game allows players to roam around freely in this massive open-world shortly after they start the game.

Not only that, but players can experience Genshin Impact with friends once they reach a high enough level. One of the main items players will encounter in the game is Geoculus. There are currently 131 Geoculus for players to find while playing Genshin Impact. Each one can be offered to any Statue of the Seven for rewards and upgrading these statues with resources is a great way for players to level up their Adventure Rank. The player's Adventure Rank is essentially their level and the higher it goes, the more players are able to do. This includes unlocking the ability to play with friends, opening new dungeons to explore, and unlocking more skills for your characters as the game goes on. Here's where players can find them all.
Considering there are so many Geoculus to encounter in the game, the best way to find them would be using the developer-made online map. This allows players to track the location of each of the Geoculus on the map. When getting close to one, a small diamond shape will appear on the map. These are typically either higher or lower from the player so keep a keen eye on where to find them. Very similar to Breath of the Wild's Korok Seeds, as they can be challenging to see at a first glance. Although, using the map will make it so much easier to find every single one in the game.
Most of these Geoculus are located in secluded or hidden places that could be hard for players to spot. Some can be found under a bridge, a rock, or with the naked eye on a tree. Some Geoculus might also be floating in the skies of Teyvat or locked behind a challenge that players may need to solve.
