Jesse Meester has revealed how 90 Day Fiancé star Tim Malcolm was the one who hooked him up with Jeniffer Tarazona. Jesse, who TLC fans first met on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 1 as Darcey Silva’s young boyfriend from Amsterdam, is currently dating Tim’s Colombian ex, Jeniffer. The news of this controversial couple starring in the upcoming 90 Day: The Single Life season 2 came as a surprise to fans who least expected Jesse and Jeniffer’s pairing. But in a major plot twist, Jesse confessed why he thinks Tim and Jeniffer never got intimate and how it led to his new relationship.
The contentious 90 Day Fiancé cast member Tim noticeably dressed well and enjoyed grooming himself, leading to rumors about him being gay. Given that Tim was reluctant to get intimate with Jeniffer during his Colombia stay, some fans also speculated that he could be transgender. However, Tim then silenced his haters by claiming that the rumors regarding his sexuality are "laughable" at best. While the lack of chemistry between Tim and Jeniffer was evident, she herself called the North Carolina man out for being feminine. To Jeniffer, Tim’s style was too girly, and she also pointed out that he had manicured nails. As Tim later confessed that he does have “some feminine traits,” the talk about his sexuality has been teased by Jesse on 90 Day Bares All again.
As per the preview for the October 11 episode of 90 Day Bares All posted by E! News, Jesse is a guest along with his ex and lead from Darcey & Stacey, Darcey, her sister Stacey, and her husband, Florian Sukaj. As host Shaun Robinson asks Jesse if he’s dating someone, he confirms it is “Jeniffer from Colombia,” and Darcey adds “she’s amazing” in approval. “How did you and Jeniffer hook up?” is Shaun’s next question, and Jesse answers, “We were in contact for a while, and actually I flew to Colombia.” Jesse soon claims that before Jeniffer met Tim, he was “always talking” about him and how great he was and how she should check the motivational speaker out. As per Jesse, it was also “pretty obvious” why Tim and Jeniffer never showed physical intimacy on 90 Day Fiancé.
Jesse notes that there was no “dynamic” between the couple on their segments and that he was “caught off guard” when he found out what Tim thought about him via Jeniffer. “Was Tim trying to hook you guys up?” asks Shaun, and Jesse replies, “I think Tim was just admiring me,” cheekily. Upon hearing this, Darcey & Stacey fan-favorite Florian comments, “Tim like you, no Jeniffer, technically.” Jesse further explains that he only knows Tim from 90 Day Fiancé and that he’d watch segments of it with his friends to have a good laugh about it. “I didn’t know anything about him or him talking about me and saying all these great things,” Jesse retorts but does thank Tim because thanks to him, he and Jeniffer started dating.
Although Jesse has an exciting story about how he and Jeniffer came to meet, 90 Day Fiancé fans are not as excited to see him back on their TV screens. Since Jesse and Jeniffer have been constantly posting about each other and claim they are “taken,” there’s no point in them being on 90 Day: The Single Life. Besides, their co-star Big Ed is also already engaged, and apparently so is Stephanie Matto, due to which many feel the season has already been spoiled. However, Jesse and Jeniffer’s relationship is undeniably an interesting one, and this bombshell about how Tim hooked them up might just be the first of many to come.
