The characters of The Big Bang Theory had several traditions woven into their lives, including what they ate, when, and where they ate it. Although this was mostly due to Sheldon and his obsessive need for order, the others went along with it and the traditions stuck.
As a result, the group frequented eating establishments like the Cheesecake Factory, though this was mostly because Penny worked there. As with everything they did, their visits to the Cheesecake Factory were riddled with hilarious antics. While those were entertaining for the audience and the crew got away with them on the show, in reality, most could've gotten them thrown out of the restaurant.
10 Hogging Condiments

During their first visit to the Cheesecake Factory in "The Hamburger Postulate," the boys got engaged in an argument over who would win a battle with Orcs, Superman, Hulk, Godzilla, Shiva, and others. To represent the different people, creatures, and gods in the battle, they used a variety of sauces and condiments, which filled up the table.
Not only was their argument loud and possibly distracting for other patrons, but the number of condiments at their table also suggests that they took some from other tables. This would definitely inconvenience other patrons, plus they delayed placing their order to continue their discussion, thus keeping the table even longer than necessary—all of which are behaviors frowned upon in restaurants.
9 Sick Sheldon

Sheldon was notorious for being extra difficult whenever he fell sick. In "The Pancake Batter Anomaly," he caught the flu and since Leonard ran away from him, he had no choice but to go to the Cheesecake Factory to get some soup. While he was there, he demanded things that weren't on the menu until Penny talked him out of it, and also blew his nose loudly and showed the patrons at the table next to him his mucus-filled handkerchief, asking if it was moss or forest green in color.
Being at a restaurant in his state was unsanitary and irresponsible as he could easily spread his sickness to the other patrons. Worse of all, his mucus exhibition was honestly disgusting, especially for people who were preparing to eat.
8 Trestling Game

Leonard, Sheldon, Raj, and Howard loved playing games to the extent that sometimes they played in the most inappropriate of places. One such occasion was in season 1, episode 16, "The Peanut Reaction," when they were playing Trestling (a combination of Tetris and arm wrestling) at the Cheesecake Factory.
The game was loud and noisy, so much that Penny had to ask them to cut it out when she and the other waitresses wanted to sing happy birthday to another patron. Realistically, the other guests would have complained about the noise and the boys would have been asked to quiet down or leave the premises.
7 Sheldon Self-Hiring

In hopes of resting his mind so he could solve a physics problem, Sheldon went in search of a menial job in the episode "The Einstein Approximation." He settled for bussing tables at the Cheesecake Factory, which he simply walked in and started to do without being officially hired. After a while, he ended up dropping a bunch of plates. The pattern of the broken plates broke him out of his creative funk and he left immediately after without cleaning up the mess.
Most restaurants wouldn't have let him get away with waiting on tables at all and if Penny had actually reported him, he could have been thrown out. The broken plates definitely would have warranted some sort of punishment like washing dishes or cleaning up since they couldn't garnish his wages as he didn't actually work there.
6 Alcohol Regurgitation

One of the recurring jokes on The Big Bang Theory was how terribly Sheldon handled his alcohol. It often led to funny and embarrassing moments on his part, which was partly why he avoided drinking in the first place. Stressed over costing Howard security clearance to work on a giant Space laser in the episode "The Apology Insufficiency," Sheldon went to the bar and ordered alcohol. He tried to drink it, but spit it back in his glass unable to swallow it.
He did that three times before leaving the bar and his regurgitated alcohol behind. That was gross on so many levels and other bartenders probably wouldn't have been as understanding as Penny was. But because she knew him and his quirks well, she let it go.
5 Exposed Wound

After Sheldon argued with Amy in "The Vacation Solution," resulting in him cutting his thumb and fainting at the sight of his blood, he wound up at the Cheesecake Factory bar. Penny made fun of him for fainting at the sight of a little blood. Sheldon argued it was a big wound and opened his bandage to show her, causing him to faint again.
While the scene was funny, taking off his bandage in the restaurant was an unsanitary move that wouldn't sit well with others sharing the same space. Of course, this wound was rather small and insignificant, but the practice itself of exposing a wound was not.
4 Self-Service

Even though Penny was a terrible waitress, her friends kept going to the Cheesecake Factory to be served by her. In season 7's episode, "The Itchy Brain Simulation," Amy and Bernadette were hanging out with her at the bar, waiting for her to serve their drinks. When Penny went to confront Lucy—who was also at the Cheesecake Factory—about breaking up with Raj, they gave up waiting and poured their own drinks at the bar.
Their actions were understandable, given Penny's negligence, but that still didn't make them right. In an actual restaurant, patrons aren't allowed behind the bar or even in the kitchens and certainly wouldn't get away with serving themselves.
3 Loud Singing

Howard and Sheldon took to the stage on two separate occasions in The Big Bang Theory. For Sheldon, it was after Penny had added some alcohol to his drink, resulting in him getting drunk, singing, and playing the keyboard. Howard played the keyboard and made up a song to apologize to Bernadette and ask for a second chance.
The rules around patrons singing at the Cheesecake Factory weren't clear and while there was a stage with musical instruments, it's possible they were reserved for hired performances. If that was the case, the two times Sheldon and Howard entertained without invitation may have been a reason for them to be thrown out. Especially since their performances were loud and hardly like the calming music restaurants usually play.
2 Every Time Howard Was Inappropriate

Before Howard met Bernadette, he was a self-proclaimed ladies man. In reality, he desperately sought the attention of women, leading him to make several inappropriate comments. Penny was the unfortunate recipient of these in the earlier seasons, including one time at the Cheesecake Factory when he made a comment about her to Leslie and she reminded him that she asked him to stop doing that.
His behavior bordered on harassment but Penny normally dismissed it as his normal, creepy behavior. Harassing restaurant staff is definite grounds for dismissal and Howard should have been thrown out for his lurid comments under normal circumstances.
1 Every Time Sheldon Was Rude

Sometimes, Sheldon couldn't help himself when it came to his interactions with other people. One of his worst traits was his arrogance and in earlier seasons, Penny bore the brunt of it in her place of work. If he wasn't mocking her intelligence, he was making fun of her terrible work ethic and incompetence as a waitress.
Penny dismissed a lot of it because they were friends and neighbors and she usually retaliated with her own snide remarks. Realistically, Sheldon's rude and arrogant behavior could have had him kicked out of the restaurant on more than one occasion.
