Former 90 Day Fiancé star Amira Lollysa was a mystery during her relationship with Andrew Kenton on season 8 as fans never found out what work she does in France. The beautiful brunette Amira, who’s from Saumur and is of French-Egyptian ethnicity, had wowed TLC viewers with her make-up skills when being engaged to Andrew. Fans sympathized with Amira during her failed Mexico and Serbia trips and applauded her when she broke up with Andrew, only to doubt her intentions again when she revealed she had an American boyfriend. However, in 90 Day Fiancé Diaries, Amira reveals she’s living her best life, with a new job, and being independent without relying on any man.
With Amira and Andrew’s story coming to an end during the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 finale, fans found a few loopholes in her claims. Andrew claimed that Amira was the mastermind behind the trips, was talking to a prison friend when they were engaged, and had asked for Kim Kardashian make-up when he wanted her to return the ring. Fans wondered if Amira dated Andrew just to become an influencer on Instagram, and also saw her changing appearance, from her losing a lot of weight and supposedly getting breast implants.
But 90 Day Fiancé star Amira Lollysa slammed the rumors saying he didn’t get any breast augmentation done and has now returned to the franchise via 90 Day Diaries to give a life update. Episode 3 of the Discovery Plus show sees Amira back discussing Andrew being mean to her over text messages, and not being on the same page about having children. “I realized that he was not worth it,” Amira mentions while adding that the breakup still affects her emotionally because she ended up “with absolutely nothing.” Amira says that she’s right now building herself back up, “growing and recovering” and quickly goes to acknowledge that the more makeup she applies, the better she feels.
Currently, Amira who’s basking in the limelight of 90 Day Fiancé works from home for the “national health care system” in which she has to call up people who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 provides “emotional support to them.” Amira admits to loving her job as she can be helpful to people, and later also reveals that she also has gotten a hairstylist certificate a few years ago. The 90 Day Fiancé star visits her father and fan-favorite Hamdi at his place to give him a haircut and he is proud of his daughter having work and keeping herself busy.
“I am independent, I don’t have to rely on any man,” Amira declares and her father mentions that she actually lost two years of her university education as she had to go to America, but “I did that out of love,” she says. The happier 90 Day Fiancé celeb is reconciling with her life but also is seeing a “sincere” new man in America who’s already sent her pictures of rings as per her conversation with her friend Bahija. Her friend asks her to take her time in this new relationship, but she’s already “crazy in love” with perhaps Amira's new boyfriend who was revealed as Camel Ventura, making his debut in the 90 Day Fiancé universe soon.
