With 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? returning to TLC with season six, so did the drama from the show’s most controversial couples, including Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, and Natalie Mordovtseva and Mike Youngquist. Sure, some fans were upset to see the cast members return for a new season, but many did tune in to see what the likes of Kalani Fagaata and Asuelu Pulaa, or Libby Potthast and Andrei Castravet, were up to. However, the current most-liked 90 Day Fiancé couple, Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren, who won’t appear until episode three, did make headlines off-screen. Here’s what happened with baby Mylah’s parents and the rest of their co-stars this week.
As fans commented online about Jovi and Yara probably having the most believable storyline on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season six, the New Orleans resident lied about being adopted on Instagram. Jovi’s followers were visibly shaken, but in jumped mom Gwen to clarify Jovi was her child from her first marriage, and she later married Monty when Yara’s husband was three. Simultaneously, fans claimed to have spotted Jovi’s biological dad in Yara and his 90 Day Fiancé season eight wedding scene. At the same time, the Ukrainian beauty pleaded to President Joe Biden to help her get a driver’s license. Fashionista Yara’s beach body after her baby’s birth also shocked fans.
Russian girl Julia Trubkina revealed she was competing in the Maxim Cover Girl competition alongside Larissa Lima and Natalie. She even got a good chunk of votes, but on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? her look was ridiculed. Fans also trashed Brandon for his rude statements about Julia’s income and English fluency that he made in Las Vegas. In the meantime, Natalie mistakenly spoiled her and Mike’s season. Many feared Natalie broke her NDA by mentioning she was supposedly cast in 90 Day: The Single Life, but she diverted the attention away from her mishap by getting “secret” liposuction instead. Mike’s wife, who’s currently in Tampa, Florida, showed off her new tiny waist on IG, but in a different post was trashed for her botched Photoshop. Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiancé husband Mike partied hard with Natalie’s nemesis, Uncle Beau, in his Seattle trailer.
Michael and his life-partner Angela conspicuously abstained from posting anything major on IG, as fans fell for the newest Michael in the franchise – Angela's weight loss plastic surgeon. On the other hand, Tiffany Franco, who finally debuts on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in episode two, announced she is mere days away from launching her much-awaited Addy Rose cosmetics brand. Meanwhile, Ronald Smith couldn’t contain his excitement over his entry shot on a motorbike, zooming his way into the show again.
Their 90 Day Fiancé HEA season six co-star Asuelu was praised for his TikTok dance skills, as fans, along with Kalani, wondered if his emotional new avatar in the show was a façade. Lastly, Elizabeth continued her mommy diaries on Instagram with the cutest videos of little Eleanor while also wishing Moldova a happy Easter. Husband Andrei, on the other hand, celebrated UFC night as he joked about how unexcited Libby was to watch. While social media shenanigans were at a suspicious low for the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? cast this week, perhaps the new episode might help to stir things up.
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs Sundays at 8 pm ET on TLC.
