Malia White and Tom Checketts from Below Deck Mediterranean recently revealed that they broke up after over a year together. The split came soon after Malia and Tom reunited in London a couple of months ago.
Fans got to see the relationship between Malia and Tom when he joined the yacht as a chef to replace Kiko on the most recent season of Below Deck Med. Many were upset by this, as Kiko was a fan-favorite on the series. Malia also did not receive great feedback from the audience after she tattled on chief stew Hannah Ferrier for bringing unregistered valium onto the boat, leading to her termination. Now that the season and her relationship is over, what has Malia been up to?
Since her break up with Tom, Malia has been busy traveling the world, working, and staying in shape. According to her Instagram, Malia recently traveled through Iceland. She shared her first photo in Iceland during the early weeks of November, which featured herself surrounded by a ton of snow with a beautiful sunset in the background. Since the first photo, Malia has been sharing every adventure she has experienced in Iceland, such as free-diving in the Silfra Continental Divide, spending some time exploring waterfalls, and taking selfies with icebergs. Before she set off for Iceland, Malia was working her normal job in yachting. While she didn't tag her location in the photos, she did share a picture of herself next to a sign that read "Baraka" while holding a glass of white wine. Baraka is a popular winery in Sibenik, Croatia. It seems Malia was yachting in Croatia and finished her charter season there. Malia also worked out quite a bit while yachting, as she shared a number of posts doing exercises that focused on building her strength. Take a look at one of her intense workouts below:
The bosun confirmed she was single while on an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen after spending some time with Tom in London less than two weeks prior. "I am single, yes," she revealed to Andy. "I am very much single." While she did not reveal too much information on the breakup, she did say their work schedules had a negative impact on their relationship. Andy asked her if cheating had anything to do with the split, to which Malia responded, "attractions happen." Even though she never confirmed it, it's safe to say some form of infidelity caused the couple to separate.
Since Malia announced her split from Tom, she seems to be living her best life. Now, she can focus on herself and not have to worry about her relationship with the hot-headed chef. When the time is right, she will find someone new...maybe not a guy who works in yachting.
